In regular television, without cable try channel 3. I change the channel there to see previous episodes I missed.

I don't know what telenovela you're looking for, but if it is a TV Azteca telenovela then try todito.com. Once you're there, click on "Azteca 13" and then on "telenovelas".

If you have cable or satellite tv, there are usually at least 2 Spanish language channels...and they carry these programs.

Another option is to buy the telenovelas on dvd. In the US they sell brick boxes with resumed form of the soaps (removing filler and pointless publicity ads) and put english subs in them in R1&R4.

The bricks average about 25 dollars though they mostly only sell the more successful soaps by Televisa, so far I haven't seen TV Azteca soaps on dvd (curious given how successful Amor en Custodia was).
