Where can I watch one tree hill online?

This question is not for me, it's for my friend. At the college she goes to, she doesn't get the CW. I looked at previous answers, but I'm not sure those websites are ones you can watch as it is showing on TV. She wants to be able to watch the episode online since she can't watch it on TV. Is there any websites that show it online while it is being premiered on TV (season 6 for example)?

Yesss I watch one  tree hill this much ive searched the internet for hours you want the shows use all these sites and youll see most of them right now im stuck for a site that will show me episode 10 season 7 been stuck for hours this is tv we have a right to watch it for free without charges or downloading c**p that doesnt even let you watch the friggin shows so here you go people those of you who will be lucky to learn these sites and use them to those who know more cmon share them! i did and im glad
