Where can I watch premier league football in Australia?

I am a massive Chelsea fan and in the past have had a good friend who I would watch the premier league with on his FOX, is there a cheaper alternative to Foxtel or Austar? because I am a poor student and can not afford the 60 or so dollars a month for pay TV, I also have a fairly average internet connection. I also have a mac!

I know a very good and reliable internet website which is free. All you have to do is download the recommended application (sopcast) which are all free and your set!
