espn i believed carried the world series so you might try that ..find a hotel or bar that has espn... and check the local news paper [ english] it shopuld have weekly listings...

If you can get BBC2 from the UK, which is available in some pubs and bars, you should be able to watch it.  

I hope this helps, but I do not know what bar in Vietnam might carry BBC2.  They have signed a 2 year deal to broadcast the Superbowl live internationally.
