I would like it to be as live as possible ie. not delayed. I dont mind paying for it

http://www.myp2p.eu lists links to online broadcasts via satellite channels. For most, you'll need to download a free program such as SopCast, but there are also some flash options available. Just checkout the Live Sports tab at the page.
