Where can I watch the new seasons of Gossip Girl and One Tree Hill??

Okay, so I'm in the UK, and the new seasons aren't being shown yet. I am too impatient to wait for them to actually come on tv here lol.

Does anyone know any sites which will have them up as they are shown in the US ?

Also, is Season 4 of The Hills being shown yet? I don't have MTV. Any links for where I could watch that as well?

Usually the station website that the show is played on has full episodes.

umm the only site i can think of is surfthechannel cuz they have everything and it's updated pretty frequently...that will probably be your best bet to watching them on the same time schedule as the US (GG and OTH)
