GG.com is decent if you want to watch UK horse racing or greyhounds, can bet aswell.

equibase has a full list of racing meets with entries, full results with video race replays available.  You also have the option of creating a free virtual stable that will alert you via email every time the horse you choose has an official work or is entered in a race.  It also automatically emails you the race results with links to the video replays.
