Where can I watch the second Death Note rewrite?

Death Note Rewrite 2: L o Tsugu Mono (Death Note: Rewrite 2: L's Successors) came out in Japan on August 22 (you can read more about it here http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2008-07-25/second-death-note-special-to-air-on-august-22-in-japan ). I found out about this today and was hoping to find somewhere to download it from or watch it online, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere. =/ If you know where I can get it from (if it's possible that is) I would really appreciate it. ^^

read the manga, half way through book 7 (out of the 12) is where l dies and near and mellow come in (if thats what your talking about) (sorry for spoilers!)
