Where can I work as a 13 year old?

I live in northeast Ohio and I need to make some good money before the end of the summer for a whole new wardrobe because i got rid of all my Hollister, and Aeropostale stuff (which was basically everything). Probably around 400 to 500$ to replace everything. I am 13 and I don't know where I could work. Please something besides babysitting, because I don't know anyone I can babysitt and I'm not aloud to charge family, and nothing like extra chores because that's not possible because of allowence, and also NO neighborhood chores!!! I am not aloud to ask other people for work, appearently my g*y mother says. How does she expect me to get the money? Cuz she won't pay.

Don't listen to those bullshit answers above, it's guaranteed that they either own/work for the sites or are getting paid for telling you about it themselves.

Earning money at 13 isn't particularly easy being that the average age that you're allowed to work at any retail stores etc. is 14 and that's with parental consent.

I advise looking at getting a paper-run or making and selling things on the side of the street. Of course some non-franchise local stores may accept you to stack shelves or something.

Otherwise, you'll have to convince your parents one way or the other to give you the money, but those are pretty much the only realistic options.

Put out leaflets saying you will wash cars, that way you're not directly asking.  Have a garage sale.  Work at a cafe washing up if that's legal in the USA. Get a paper round.

Also why did you get rid of all your stuff?  May be you should have sold it off for a bit of cash?  Don't your family buy you clothes?  Maybe you should be less concerned about having the latest fashion - but I know what teenagers are like, I used to be one!
