You could always do odd jobs. Those are easiest to get. Just post some signs and wait for some calls.

Go to a bakery or small cafe, drugstores, grocery stores any place where they dont serve alcohol. When you apply introduce yourself to the boss or manager, it will help you get the job. If you apply now they will keep you until you graduate high school!
