Where can a 13 year old be trained to be a race car driver?

P.S. I want to be a race car driver when I am older so I want to be trained.

you will have to start at the bottom Go-Kart and work your way up to stock-Car and so on until you race formula 3's if you are good enough from there you get one of the teams to allow you to try out with the car.
