  1. Are you saying babysitting isnt a good enough job for you , or a paper round! Well maybe with  that attitude people will think twice before hiring you for anything.

If you dont want to do paper rounds you obviously cant be that desperate for money.

  2. well 13 is right on the cusp of being allowed to work, but you can still get a good job.

I worked in my boarding school in the summer holidays as they had camps and summer activities going on there. You just need to create a mini CV (I know you won't have much, but GCSE subjects and hobbies etc) then take it to any shops or places that you know young people go- so not like Marks and Spencers :]

You can also look for places thatonly go through the holidays, so for example a summer camp which will only give you a couple of weeks work, but it will be fun and they will be more willing to employ younger people.

    Best of luck.

  3. At 13 you can't get a job aside from a paper round, babysitting and stuff. You need to be at least 15 and have done your GCSE's or be 16 to get a job in a store or something.

You won't get hired for anything. Best to stick to a paper round.

  4. sweeping up hair in a hairdressers or barbers

  5. Check out the following website

    http://www.connexions-direct.com/index.c...

It gives you ideas for for jobs and information on the amount of hours that you are aloud to work at your age

    Hope this helps

  6. you really cant get a job besides the stuff you listed

  7. no to get a real job you need years of college thats if you want a good job so it is a long road ahead

  8. no one will hire a 13 year old for work, i'm 15 and i can't get a job. you have to be 16. maybe you could work in a salon sweeping up hair (some 15 year olds i know do that) but honestly under 16's the only proper options are paper rounds.
