Where can a 14 year old volunteer in San Jose CA?

go to the near by school. I'm sure they will have something for you to do.

Once the school year starts, you can sign up at the West Valley branch of the san jose library system, they have a homework helping program where middle school and high school students can come in and help out kids in 1-5 grade. I go there sometimes in the afternoon and get credit for 2 or 3 hours of mostly doing my own homework and helping kids read or multiply, things like that. I believe the programs called teensreach.

After you sign up you can come in whenever you want monday through thursday from 3-6
