  1. animal shelter or publics

  2. I would call your local United Way agency to see if they could suggest an appropriate place for your 14 year old.  Many organizations have policies that if children are left alone to volunteer that they be 16 years of age+.  I think that United Way may be able to steer you in the proper direction since they work with many organizations in your area.

  3. Animal shelters, or community center.

    mostly an animal shelter!!!

  4. daycare (maybe)

  5. Id suggest BABYSITTING!! What else?

Many newelyweds with newborns and/ or other aged children would like to go out on the town.

So make fliers and go at it!=]

  6. How about clean-up after or set-up before church?

  7. Local Library

    Shops around?

    Community Center

  8. hospitals, nursing homes

  9. Help the community by picking up litter in the roads, streets, highways, etc......i work on that and its very beneficial for ur community service in school!!!!!

  10. play sports?

  11. Animal shelter.

There are lots of animal shelters there probaly.

  12. Try the blood bank. They need volunteers to serve cookies and drinks at both centers and blood drives. They also  need people  to promote and help start drives.

  13. How about the library?

The YMCA or the JCC?  Even if you are not Jewish, the JCC might be worth a call.  A lot of teens preparing for Bar/Bar Mitzvah choose to do service projects and the J could be a resource for someone your age, since many other places want volunteers to be 16.

volunteermatch is a good place to check too

    Good luck!
