  1. There's little to no chance at all that you'll find a place that will take you; even just because you won't have an ID. Resputable piercing places' insurance policies don't cover Unidentifiable people; let alone minors.

The only places that you would be able to get pierced without an ID and without parent consent would be unprofessional, unlicensed, and unsanitary at-home piercers. Which isn't a good choice, because just using one of their needles could cause infection alone.

If you wait another couple of years, you can get it done without parent consent, but you'll still have to get an ID so that they know you are who you say you are. Otherwise, try convincing your parents into taking you to a reputable place to get it done; that eliminates the high risk of infection, and you know there won't be any lasting damage to your stomach.

  2. No where clean and safe will do it.  You can surly find a place that will do it with a waver from your parents as long as your 16 with permission, but you're taking a risk.  Those places are usually the gross parlors that are just looking to make some money, any clean safe place will want a parent there.

  3. why dont you just get someone to go with you over 16 ? i got mine done at 14 and didnt need consent.

  4. i got mine done at 14 years old with no id

the place is called prix .! but u gotta lie and sign

a waver saying ur 16 and look older too.
