Check craigslist.com, I looked in that area the other day and there is a world or mopeds and scooters from B'ham to Montgomery. I live in Eufaula and they are all within riding distance.

From a Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha or Vespa dealer. Stay away from the off brand stuff.
