Where can a convicted felon rent apartments/houses in Denton County TX?

Would like to rent small apt or duplex but one applicant is a convicted, non-aggravated felon - need apt (1bdrm) or duplex ASAP

well it depends on if this convicted felon has a job and guarantee, maybe your parole officer can help you, if you have one.  But if you have good looks, a good job, you could probably charm yourself into an apt.  I mean it is TX can't be that hard if you look.
