  1. Have a look at VirtualDub and Avisynth.  Using them to reverse video is like using a sledge hammer to crack a nut, but they can do a lot more.


  2. Maybe from Microsoft.

    I suggest going to Avid.com however and downloading the free trial they offer. If you like editing on WMM, you'll love avid.
