Where can a get screen recording software for mac for free??

Question

i want screen recording software for my mac so i can show youtubes and podcast how i did all of my drawings and photoshop works, the soft ware i found are www.techsmith.com and camstudio (on several download pages) and they do what i want but there not for mac... If anyone knows please send me the link, im horrible at finding these kind of things!!!

(also if you know where to buy one and a low price that would be exceptionable as well)
