You would probably have a VERY difficult time trying to do this without a lot of hassle.  These units are VERY expensive, and are usually (if not all) FDA approved -- therefor you might have to be "in the Biz" to buy one.  Not to mention, the sponges, covers, most parts, etc., have to be dispensed with a prescription.
