The closest general aviation airport close to the actual city of Dallas is probably Addison.  Dallas Exec may be an option if you live in south Dallas.

go to your nearest flying place as in like a place that rents out small aircrafts

(ex:orlando executive airport)

places like that have it so that you can learn to fly I'm only 13 and i have flown a plane with an instructor already that is going towards my solo flight time

try on google maps or some thing dallas executive airport
