What do you think you are going to make money buying scrap from a scrap dealer in America? I dont see how paying for the scrap aircraft, shredding it, then shipping it half way around the world would be a profitable business venture?

Looks like the other guy answered it the best, but you can go to all the Air Force bases and look for their DRMO sales but that's a c**p shoot. AMARK is your best bet around DM, Tucson, AZ.
