  5. the library. : ]

just go to the computer thingy, and type in 'alternative medicine'.

  6. Good question.

When I did my training for A& P Pathology, Orthopaedic testing, phracology etc we used the same books that med students used.

Our library was well stocked with books about Osteopathy principles and practice etc.. + Naturopathy (which was also offered as a subject).

You can get books on alternative medicine which give you a summery about lots of different therapies around but they are quite basic and don't go into detail.

I suggest getting one of these from your local library and them borrowing more books on subjects of interest.

  7. try the library first. always try the library first. why buy if you don't have to.  then hit the bookstores. if you don't like the book stores the try amazon.com   and albris.com

  8. In the fiction section of your local bookstore.

  9. Amazon.com has lots of good books on alternative medicine. I highly recommend The Illustrated Encyclopedia of Healing Remedies.
