Where can get the software for my creative zen v plus?

ive downloaded many different things like mediasourse and stuff but they all say that i need to connect my player and it already is....where can i get the software that makes the computer recognize my mp3..please be specific as im confused and sick of downloading the wrong thing

This is how you do that. You need to download the "firmware" from this sit and the media source player 5. If your player dosen't  have a driver you will need to get that from here also. Download the latest updates here.
