I have tried to connect my DVCTRV110E to my Vista PC using Dazzle but it is win98 version how can I connect and downmload my tapes

  1. have you tried updating your Dazzle stuff?

    The camcorder does not matter - it is analog and with the analog/digital bridge between the camcorder and the computer, the issue is with the Dazzle device.
