I'm not sure what you're asking, but I'll answer to the best of my abilities:

If you're looking for a free software program to color your images with, you can find one called GIMP at http://www.gimp.org

It's a free alternative to Adobe Photoshop.

Once you have colored your images, you can upload them to display in your own little gallery for free at http://www.deviantart.com
