Where can i Find Vbag?

I found out that you can download a program called Vbag and you can play GBA games on your mobile with this but its a sis file and my phone isnt a nokia is there a Vbag.Jar file so i can donwload it for my Sony Erricsson W810I i really want to play Pokemon Emerald. so is there a webiste i can play GBA roms on my phone and not nokia or a Vbag.JAR file anywhere.

well i told you about Vbag, now the only thing i can tell is try and find a sis to jar converter.
