Where can i add the Otep logo to my picture?

Otep is having fans put the otep logo and the rock the vote logo in there default picture on myspace,and i cant figure out how to do it.Do you know of any websites that i could do it on?I have both of the logos,i just dont know how to add them to my picture.

i can do it for you if you want. myspace.com/kohane_chan is my myspace. add me saying that you're from here, send me a message with the pictures, and i'll make it. trust me, i don't mind :)
