If you are in USA and you want a work visa for Mexico you dont need it .... but if you are in Mexico and you need a work visa to the USA you need to go to the us embassy .

hey it depends, if you're a New Zealand citizen ,  you can apply for a working holidays visa  to work in mexico.

Assuming you want to work in Mexico .... you get your visa in Mexico.  You first need a job and an employer that will sponsor and help you.  The visa is for a specific job -NOT- a general permission to work.
