Where can i ask questions about why mt ktm dirt bike wont rev out all the way?

have good low and mid range power but sputters at hi rpm,recently switched to wiseco piston and hasent been right since.300exc 98?

your jetting could be off or there may be a problem with the exhaust (look here first since it is easier to pull the pipe that the carb...)

it's called a rev limiter designed to protect the engine from damage
