im not sure but you can check out your local paper, because where im from lots of university and college kids create movies and always need people to audition.

Check a newspaper or a website like Backstage.com, or Playbill.com (though these are mostly for theater). If you want to do film you should get an agent or manager- it's their job to find you auditions to go to.
