You need a DVD, a DVD player/burner (usually comes with CD drive, but if your computer doesn't have either then you need an external disc drive) and just copy the file and paste it in the disc drive. If you're copying a DVD you need to Open the DVD disc folder, and copy AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS and paste it in your computer somewhere, and then put a blank DVD and paste the 2 folders in there.

You computer Needs a DVD-RW Drive (Read Write)

so when you burn dvd movies, It can read the data, and write..

But you need some software Program, maybe nero might work..

You can use DVD shrink, and nero, Thats what I use.

1st u need a drive that is capable of doing this e.g CD/RW , DVD+CDRW Combo Drive or a DVD R/W and then put empty disc in the drive , u must have a program that came bundled with ur pc or laptop that burns discs. e.g Nero etc open that program and select the format u wish to create e.g if u also wana play that disc on VCD u must select VCD option u can also select other data types like mp3 or mixed content its upto u wat format u want.theres also an option that makes a copy of the disc
