  1. Look over http://www.rabbit.org/ for adoption, care and housing info.

  2. Animal shelters and humane societies all over the country are overflowing with rabbits in need of a good home.  Sometimes you can get one that has already been spayed or neutered.

After you have found a cage and are all set for your bunny, try looking at petfinder.com to find your local shelter and your future bunny!

  3. My netherlands dwarf cost me $34. Almost any pet shop has them. If you see hamsters, you'll see rabbits. Keep a bunny happy by letting them run on floor or on a bed, your bunny will show you they're happy by jumping when they run. DO NOT feed them just any kind of vegetable you see, most fruits they can eat though.

  4. ok, woah!! thats a lot of questions, good thing i have all nite, literally! lol

anyway, go to a pet store around u, if they dont have one, 9 times outta 10 they can order one, usaully bunnies are about 20$ each

as for cages, give them a lot of room, read up on them, they LOVE veggies, so next time ur parents tell u to eat ur veggies, just stick them in ur rabbits cage, ive done it (only if theyre raw tho...)

Carrots, lettuce, apples, pears......OMG, talk to a store owner around ur house, in most produce sections they throw away a LOT of old food, or stuff that just gets bruised a little bit, ask if they can save u the scraps..... ive done that to keep food stored for my iguana

rabbits are like guinni pigs, they store food under their bedding, so if u see that one day the dish is empty and the next, he didnt even touch it, dont be alarmed, its normal!

  5. Kijiji is a great place to find rabbits from breeders in your area.

You feed young bunnies pellets and hay, as they get older you feed them more vegetables.

  6. In your local pet store or you could find one at the mall. I was planning to buy a pair last month for my birthday but instead i got two small puppies. What I found out from researching is when selecting from a group choose those that are alert. A pair in our local currency cost about $10/a pair, idk in your area how much it cost. They are easy to take care of since they litter in one area, they like to be caress  and clean. I think you need a cage for them and they dont like the sun that much.
