Where can i buy Epsom Salt from?

Is this something you can pick up at a health food shop?

Epsom salt is ok, but Natural Himalayan salt is better and you can order it over the internet from anywhere. In my opinion the best salt to use is a natural mineral salt. I have tried many, but the one I have come to like the most is Himalayan Salt. It has almost all of the essential minerals that your body needs and they occur naturally, no added c**p. Any supermarket sells them. If you're in australia, woolworths and safeway definately have it and coles should have it too. If ur in canbera the Supabarn has it too. Pretty much any supermarket has it. Just ask the floor staff if you cant find which isle its in.

I live in Australia. (hi over there) but I assume it'd be as readily available there as here. I get it from the supermarket or even the chemist. A health food shop might not have it, but give it a try.

Magnesium sulfate is a chemical compound containing magnesium and sulfate, commonly called Epsom salts.

ANDREWS POWDER or MILK OF MAGNESIA will also work.
