try and find a coffee specialty shop or a spice shop.  Here in the midwest, I've only found it in a few places.  Your best bet is the Internet.

Whole Foods Market. Also you can sometimes find it in the specialty foods aisle at TJ Max or Marshalls but this can be hit or miss.

The best way is to look on the pack if you have one and there should be the Company name, address or contact details. Call them or write to them and ask them for the closest stockist to your address.  They will let you know who carries the product you are after.  If you don't have a packet and a friend does ask them for the details.  Alternative you can ask your local supermarket if they can get some in for you or who you can contact.
