You can buy them at Manilla Oriental Market

you have to ask the people at the medicine counter it should be behind glass.

its not in the same area as the regular bar soaps

it goes for 3.29 a bar.

best to use papaya kojic soap from diana stalder and its very popular in the philippines and most philippine celebrities used the products and celebrity doctor Vicki Belo sell the product to her celebrity clients... Cheaper than generic too:)
