well, its not 15mW(more like 5) but radio shack sells a green laser pointer for like $50. also, if you look on you tube, there are plenty of tutorials on how to modify the radio shack laser pointer to be more powerful, and many are able to burn paper and pop balloons. If you do decide to mod your laser pointer, do it with extreme caution, and NEVER EVER point it at someone.(and even if its unmodified it can damage people's eyes)
