pjs pet store or petco they have many tanks for no more than 25$

Wal Mart can sell you a complete 20 g kit for around $40.  It will include a hood with light, filter and heater.  You will have to purchase gravel or sand for the bottom.  You can also buy them at any good pet store like Pet Supplies Plus, PetSmart, etc.

you can go to petco for about $40 bucks but i would check out the website! Oh btw guppies are tiny and don't nesasarly need that much room.
