One that prints off the photos straight after you take them.

They have them on One Tree Hill all the time, and i was wondering if anyone knew where i could buy one.

  1. have a look in shops like kmart and big w

    try ebay

in the newspaper, in the things for sale part

    garage sales

    charity shops

  2. I have seen a couple (two) of them at my local Goodwill store.  There's gotta be some on EBay.  The film is comparatively expensive.

  3. You can buy them at Target, JC Penny's, and other stores like that. My aunt actually bought a blue one. (:

  4. At the minimal of a dollar a print--and since they have stopped making the film, it's one of the costliest cameras you can use.

The pictures fade. You can't make good copies of them. The color is terrible. Is that why they're bankrupt? Get a digital camera (even a cheap one)--you'll do better in a long run.

  5. First things first, Polaroid has announced it's going to be ceasing production on its film based products shortly.  That being said, I've found that thrift stores and flea markets are really good places to find the Polaroid Cameras.

I personally have found a LandCamera 210, 215, 230, 440, as well as a Minute Maker and The Reporter at thrift stores and flea markets for prices ranging from $2-$10.  All of the cameras I have listed use Polaroid Type 669 film.  It's a peel-apart film that can be used a number of different interesting ways.

While Polaroid is ceasing production, FujiFilm has already made a replacement for many of the Type 100 films, like 669, 667, 665.  They have FP-100C (100 ISO Color - Type 669), FP-100B (100 ISO Black and White - Type 665) and FP-3000B (3000 ISO Black and White - Type 667).  I've used each of these types of film, and I am very pleased with the results from them.

The kind of film I am assuming you're talking about, where the picture shoots out of the front, is Type 600.  Unfortunately, I've not heard about FujiFilms deciding to make a replacement for that film yet.  That's not saying they won't, but at this time it seems somewhat questionable.

  6. I don't think you can any more. I could be wrong but I heard they went out of business.

  7. Check here but I would stock up on film because they quit making these cameras, i'm unsure what they are gonna do about producing more film   http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll...       you may wanna refresh this page for the fact they are auctions
