i've been snowboarding for a while now and i can't recall ever seeing a blank snowboard.  if you are really looking for a good price on a board, much like blank skateboards are cheap, just shop around.  Online you can find a lot of good deals, and going to sporting good stores like Sports Authority is definitely a good idea since they offer some pretty good sales towards the end of snow season.  hope i could help.
