Where can i buy a cheap refurbished blackberry?

Ask at your Alltel store. Some of them carry refurbished phones that come with a full warranty. If they don't have them, ask and demand they tell you which surrounding store does.

I didn't know this until I hesitated at the price of a new phone and was offered a refurb for 50% of the price instead.

Check ebay or Pricegrabber, if not go and look for one blackberry is selling refurbished. If not JR has good deals
