If you don't care if it's HDTV, then thrift stores can be super. People are unloading the analog TV's right now since America is going high def next February.

You need to be sure and plug it in and see that it works well, though. I just saw a lady get a color TV for $20 and it worked great!!

My aunt got a good deal on a TV at Wal-mart (that's if you don't care how good it is).

if you have a goodwill  second hand store in your area  i recommend starting there - I purchased a dorm refrigerater for $30 that retails for $125

Garage Sale,,,,,Pawn Shop,,,,Salvation Army Resale Shop. We got one there for $75. Works great.
