Where can i buy a chihuahua puppy in merseyside?

either a male or female around £250, i dnt mind a cross.

You won't get a purebred Chihuahua from anywhere for that price. Chihuahuas are the must have breed at the moment and don't have big litters anyway. You may get a cross bred puppy for that price, but you'll have no guarantees that it will be healthy since it won't come from a reputable breeder.
