i need to find a electric scale to measure chemical ratios for rocket propellants i dont have a credit card so i cant buy one online so do anyone know where i can buy one at

by me, there's an American Science & Surplus that sells all sorts of stuff, including scales, and just about anything else science-y you can think of.

You can find an electronic scale at an HVAC supply house (they are use to weigh freon). I have one that goes to 100K(220lb).

try a pawn shop...they seem to have lots of them ...you figure out the reason...lol

There may be a Harbor Freight location near you; they have a number of scales that may be accurate enough for what you're doing.

Do a little shopping on their site; you may find that their online prices are somewhat lower than the prices in the store.  So print out the web page that has the item you want, and bring it to the store and they will probably price-match it.
