Most frat paddles are made, not bought.

Generally you'd get a piece of wood, maybe a 1 X 4, and simply saw out the profile for the handle, file and sand the edges so they're rounded, and finish with your choice of paints.  Carving or woodburning the Greek letters onto the paddle is an option.
