  1. You don't need a replica, real ones are being sold every month or two.

However, most are not suitable for accomodation.

  2. I'd have a quick word with Sir Richard Branson. He may have an old one or two hanging about.

    Cheers,

  3. Nowadays, there are no  locomotive hauled on the National Rail net except for private operators.  The answer re Virgin is quite near the correct answer.   The sidings are full of redundant stock.

  4. Have a look at Traction and Rolling Stock Advertiser they should be able to help. Dint forget finding the right coach is the easy part getting it to your chosen site will not be so easy.

Remember you are unlikely to need the bogie's and you might be able to save some money by selling these on.

  5. You would probably have to contact HSBC Rail (HSBC as in the bank) or Angle Rail as they lease all the British Rolling Stock.

    HSBC Rail is based at:

    Floor 1, The Podium,

    1 Eversholt Street,

    London

    NW1 2DN

I am not sure what condition the carrage will be in after its life on the railway, but I am sure that they could help
