AFAIK, they don't exist yet. The closest we have in technology today is the hovercraft, which requires an air cushion and motors too large for a skateboard-sized platform. A close approximation would be if you can get access to a air platform (basically a large area built like a huge air hockey table). A skateboard with the wheels removed might be able to glide across one of those if the air jets were strong enough.
