You do know that taking care of a MIniature HORSE is just as difficult and time consumming as a normal sized horse. You have to brush them, feed them, water them, blanket them, give them access to AT LEAST 1acre, PAY for very expensive hay, scoop ALOT of p**p, buy it a friend (they can't be alone since they are herd animals), the list goes on and on.

Hopefully you thought of all that...anyways to answer your question. ANY Miniature Horse (or any horse for that matter) can be

"held" on a "leash". In "horse" terms...WALKED on a LEAD. ALL of my 5 Miniature Horses cost between $2,000 & $7,000...so don't think they are cheap either. Some do go into the $1,000's but unless you want a "crappy" Mini I wouldn't even bother.

I sure hope you don;t want a Miniature Horse just to "hold it on a leash" because there is a HECK OF ALOT more to it than that.

just go on google and type horses for sale and it will bring u up to horse websites that have ads and on the websites search for miniture horses.... Try DreamHorse first... :)

mkaii, i suggest you find out a bit more about them before you get one. ponies and miniature horses can be really hard to handel and you should have some expirience before you get one. second of all its not called a leash. you have to get a halter, pony size and then a leadrope.

you can search where to get one on google. i would advise not to just look at a picture and say i want that one but to acctaully go and see for yourself f its the right one for you.

my grandparents have sold miniatures for 30 years and are now cutting down they have about 100 head and are trying to get down 2 about 20 head. they have a lot of cute horses because and they will only cost from $200 and up
