Owning a monkey requires a permit..and personally i wish it wouldn't even be legal..permit or not anywhere.

Monkeys are wild animals and no matter how nice the monkey may act and seem like, wild animals can be unpredictable.

You can't. They are wild animals, and most, if not all states have laws against owning them unless you are specially licensed to own them.
