Where can i buy a moped?

i am almost 15 and all i need is a cheep,gas powered moped that does no more than 40mph to last me a year until i get my permit. Do you buy them from car dealers or what?

  1. Don't buy the ultra cheap china brand.

    Go to motorcycle dealers and they all have small scooters that fits your need.
